Our Canadian Operations

Driving Precision in Canada

Three connected capability areas — assembly, manufacturing and logistics — delivered with the discipline the automotive industry demands.

Wheel Assembly

Our core operation: mounting, inflating, balancing and sequencing wheel and tire assemblies to exacting OEM specification for Toyota Tsusho Canada Inc. and Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada Inc.

  • In-line torque, pressure and balance verification on every assembly
  • Barcode traceability from component receipt through line-side delivery
  • Just-in-sequence delivery matched to the customer build schedule
  • Daily kaizen and standardized work at every station
  • Direct line-side delivery supporting high-volume vehicle production
  • Quality containment and error-proofing through poka-yoke fixtures
  • Experienced technicians trained to OEM torque and run-out standards

Wheel assembly is the heartbeat of our Cambridge operation. We receive tires, wheels and fasteners from approved suppliers, then mount, inflate, balance and sequence each assembly to match the vehicle production order. Every wheel is checked for proper torque, inflation pressure and dynamic balance before it is released. Barcode scanning ties each assembly to its component lot, giving full traceability from receipt through delivery. Our team works in close partnership with line-side logistics personnel so that the right assembly arrives at the right vehicle, in the right sequence, at the right time.

Stamped Metal & Body Parts

Motor vehicle parts and transportation equipment manufacturing, including stamped metal automobile body parts, supported by disciplined process control and launch support.

  • Stamped metal automobile body components
  • Dimensional inspection and first-article approval
  • Program launch support and capacity planning
  • Scrap segregation and metals recycling partnership
  • Press process monitoring and preventive maintenance
  • Material certification and supplier quality alignment
  • Packaging design to protect finished parts in transit

Our stamped metal and body parts capability supports the production of automotive structures and closures with a focus on dimensional accuracy and repeatable quality. We use disciplined process control, first-article inspection and ongoing dimensional checks to ensure parts meet print requirements. During new program launches, we work alongside the customer and die supplier to validate settings, build capacity plans and establish safe handling and packaging. Scrap metal is segregated and routed through our recycling partnership, turning waste material back into feedstock for future manufacturing.

Logistics & Supply Chain

Import/export, inventory management, repacking, kitting, sub-assembly and sequencing connecting manufacturers to a resilient, responsive supply network.

  • 77,000 sq ft warehousing with inventory management
  • Repacking, kitting and sub-assembly services
  • Customs, import and export coordination
  • Quality control and containment support
  • 8,000 sq ft office space for customer and program teams
  • Sequenced line-side delivery to OEMs including Toyota, Ford and GM
  • Real-time inventory tracking and replenishment signals

The Woodstock facility is a regional hub for logistics, metals recycling and parts distribution. Its 77,000 square foot warehouse and 8,000 square foot office support a broad range of services for multiple OEMs, including Toyota, Ford and General Motors. We receive inbound freight, manage inventory, repack or kit components into customer-specified quantities, perform sub-assembly and sequencing operations, and coordinate customs and import/export documentation. Our inventory systems provide real-time visibility, enabling fast replenishment and minimizing line-down risk for the plants we serve.
